CHICKEN CHOW MEIN SALAD 
1 bunch romaine lettuce
1 bunch green leaf lettuce
2 chicken breasts, cubed
1 small pkg. almonds (slivers)
1 small container chow mein noodles
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Dressing:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. poppy seed
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together, then add dressing.
