CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE CHOW MEIN 
1 whole chicken (skinned and boned)
3 stalks diced celery
3 lg. carrots, diced
1 can or 1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
1-2 pkgs. chicken or vegetable bouillon
1 tbsp. oil
3 green onions, diced
Dried chow mein noodles
Soya sauce
1-2 c. hot water

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. In wok or electric frying pan, fry chicken in oil. Once cooked, drain on paper towel and set aside. Fry vegetables (you can use broccoli, cauliflower, etc., just decrease other vegetables.) Add chicken when vegetables are tender. Add enough noodles to have a good mixture of both.
