CHICKEN SALAD WITH CHOW MEIN
NOODLES
 
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. green onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. water chestnuts
White grapes (optional)
1 med. size can chow mein noodles

DRESSING:

1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. sour cream

Mix all together, except noodles. Add noodles just before serving.
