MAKE IN EASY CHICKEN | |
1 lg. (14x20 inch) cooking bag 2 tbsp. flour 1/3 c. water 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 med. onion 2 med. potatoes 4 med. carrots 1 med. green or red pepper 8 chicken pieces Salt, pepper and paprika Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Shake flour in bag. Place in 9x13x2 inch pan. Add water, basil, thyme and salt to bag. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Cut onion and potatoes into wedges. Slice carrots and cut red pepper into cubes. Add vegetables to bag. Turn bag to coat vegetable. Arrange in even layer. Sprinkle chicken with seasonings. Place in bag, close bag with nylon tag. Make six (1/2 inch) slits in top. Bake 50-55 minutes or until tender. |
