MAKE IT EASY CHICKEN 
1 lg. cooking bag
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. each basil, thyme, seasoned salt
1 med. onion
2 med. potatoes
4 med. carrots
1 med. green pepper
8 chicken pieces
Seasoned salt, paprika, pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Shake flour in cooking bag. Place in 13x9 pan. Add water, basil, thyme, and seasoned salt to bag. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Cut onion and potatoes into 8 wedges each. Slice carrots and cube pepper.

Add veggies to bag. Coat with flour mixture. Arrange in an even layer. Sprinkle chicken with seasonings. Place in bag. Close with nylon tie. Make 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top of bag. Bake 50-55 minutes or until done.

You can use a whole chicken in place of the pieces. Place chicken in bag with water, flour, and spices. Place veggies in bag around chicken. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender.
