MACARONI CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground pork
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. uncooked macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste

In a skillet brown pork. Add onions, mushrooms and pepper. Saute until soft. Stir in tomato and mushroom soups with milk. Stir in all ingredients and cook for 20 minutes.

Cook macaroni in salted water according to package directions. Drain. Add to the above mixture and simmer 10 minutes longer on slow heat. Makes about 10 servings.
