GRILLED SALMON STEAKS 
6 steaks
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. onion, grated with the juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine the ingredients and pour over the fish steaks. Use a shallow pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 to 5 hours and turn fish each hour. When ready to cook, drain off the marinade and save the marinade. Place the steaks on a well greased rack at medium height over your cooking coals. Cook until lightly browned, about 5 to 6 minutes, then baste with the marinade and turn. Grill fish until done.
