GRILLED SALMON STEAKS 
Cover fish with mixture of lemon juice and butter and let stand several hours. Sprinkle on "fish stuff":

FISH STUFF:

EQUAL PARTS garlic powder, onion salt, lemon, pepper, Morton's natural seasoning blend, Lawry's seasoning salt, black pepper. Best mixed and placed in shaker jar.

Place fish on moderately hot grill. Probably will need to cook 6 to 8 minutes per side. When done, fish will be white all the way through and will flake easily with fork. Serve with hot lemon butter.
