GRILLED SALMON STEAKS 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
6 salmon steaks

Combine oil, parsley, lemon juice, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper; mix well. Place salmon in shallow dish. Pour on marinade. Let stand at room temperature 2 hours or refrigerate 4-6 hours. Drain and reserve marinade.

Grill over medium-hot coals until slightly browned, about 8-10 minutes. Baste with marinade and turn carefully. Brush again with marinade. Grill another 8- 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 6.
