MOLDED CHRISTMAS SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. raspberry Jello
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
3 oz. lime Jello
3 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
18 3/4 oz. crushed pineapple (1 juice)
1/2 c. whipped cream
Tiny marshmallows

Dissolve raspberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add pie filling and turn into pretty glass dish (trifle dish is perfect). Chill until partially set. Dissolve lime Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together. Gradually add to lime Jello. Stir in pineapple (undrained). Fold in whipped cream and some marshmallows. Spread over top of raspberry Jello. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Chill until set.
