CORNBREAD DRESSING 
2 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
8 slices white bread
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. green pepper, onion
3/4 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. sage, thyme, salt, pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Combine cornmeal, flour. Add milk, egg and vegetable oil. Pour batter in well greased pan. Bake 400 degrees 20-25 minutes until brown. Mix cornbread, bread crumbs in large bowl; set aside.

Saute onion, celery and green pepper until tender. Add to bread crumb mixture and stir well. Add eggs, chicken broth and seasonings. Spoon into a lightly greased dish. Bake 350 degrees, 70 minutes.
