SEAFOAM SALAD | |
1 pkg. lime Jello 1 lg. can pear halves (12 oz.) 6 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 c. whipping cream 1 tbsp. milk Drain pears and reserve 1 cup pear juice; heat and add to Jello and dissolve. Add milk to cream cheese and beat until smooth on low speed of mixer. Add Jello mixture gradually, beating to combine. Put in flat dish and chill only slightly. Mash pear halves and whip cream. Add pears and mix. Fold in whipping cream. Chill and serve. |
