SEAFOAM LIME SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. boiling water
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans

In large bowl, combine gelatin, marshmallows and cream cheese. Add boiling water, stir until creamy, making sure gelatin is dissolved. Let mixture cool in refrigerator until it begins to gel. In a large mixing bowl with a mixer or hand beater, whip cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold in mayonnaise, pineapple, and pecans. Remove gelatin from refrigerator. Beat until light in color and texture. Fold in whipped cream mixture. Pour in decorative mold (slightly oiled). Makes 10 servings.
