GRACE'S BROCCOLI CORNBREAD | |
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix 1 onion 4 eggs 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained 1 stick butter, melted 1/2 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients together. Thin with buttermilk if necessary. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes in a 9x13-inch pan. |
