VEGETABLE MARINADE WITH TANGY
DRESSING
 
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sugar

Heat the above ingredients until dissolved. Set aside to cool.

1 (15.25 oz.) can Stokely's finest whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can Stokely's finest peas, drained
1 (14.5 oz.) can Stokely's finest cut green beans, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can pimento pieces, sliced or diced, drained
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped (optional)

Place vegetables in large container and pour dressing over vegetables. Refrigerate. Serves 6-8. Great to keep on hand for healthy snacking. Just add more vegetables to existing marinade when supply gets low.
