VEGETABLE MARINADE 
1 (#2) can English peas
1 (#2) can French cut green beans
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 sm. can pimentos, chopped
1 sm. onion, cut and separated into rings
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine vinegar, sugar, vanilla, oil and salt. Mix all the vegetables and pour marinade over them. Chill for several hours or overnight.
