1 box yellow or chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. pecans

Combine dry cake mix, 2 eggs and butter. Mix well and press in a 9x13x2 inch pan. Sprinkle with coconut, chocolate chips and pecans. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs; mix well and spread over rest of mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
