1 pkg. chocolate chip cake mix
2/3 c. butter (softened)
2 eggs
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese

FROSTING:

1 pkg. vanilla frosting
2 eggs
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cake mix (dry), butter and 2 eggs. Spread in 13x9 pan. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in frosting.
