CRUST:

1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. softened butter
1 egg

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 glass pan. Combine crust at low speed, reserve 1 cup. Press remaining mixture into pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour onto crust. Sprinkle reserved cup on top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
