BROILED SCAMPI 
30 lg. or jumbo shrimp, cleaned with tail segment left on & split evenly
1/2 c. butter or oil
8 cloves garlic, minced
4 tsp. fresh parsley or 2 tsp. dried
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. dry sherry

Place shrimp on a broiler pan. Blend all other ingredients, except sherry and sprinkle evenly over the shrimp. Broil for a few minutes, not more than 8 to 10 until pink and tender. Sprinkle with the sherry and serve hot on rice.
