"BEST YOU EVER TASTED" CRAB CAKES | |
2 lb. crab meat 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 3 eggs 1 bunch scallions 1 bunch parsley 1 tsp. white pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard Blend all ingredients. Form into cakes about 3 inches in diameter and 3/4 to 1 inch thick. Heat small amount of vegetable oil in large skillet. Saute on one side until browned. Place in large greased baking dish, browned side up, and finish baking in oven (20 minutes or so), or until all crab cakes are done. |
