VEGETABLE SOUP (Mr. Sam's) 
4 carrots
2 lg. potatoes
2 onions
1/2 stalk celery
1 green pepper
2 tomatoes
2 cans peeled tomatoes
2 cans consomme beef soup
1 can beef broth bouillon
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Put ground beef in about 1 1/2 quarts of water. Let boil about 1 1/2 hours. If beef is frozen when first put in, break up into small pieces.
