SQUASH BALLS 
2 c. grated yellow squash (need not be peeled)
1 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. self rising flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1 med. onion, grated
1 egg, beaten

Mix together all ingredients, mixing well. Drop by teaspoonfuls in deep fat. (Not too hot, because balls will cook too fast.) When golden brown, remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towel. Serve hot.
