APPLE AND CINNAMON SWEET ROLLS 
2 med. apples, grated
4 slices of white bread
Artificial sweetener equal to 3 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Combine cinnamon, apples, vanilla and artificial sweetener. With rolling pin, roll the bread until flat. Spoon apple cinnamon mixture onto center of bread. roll bread like jelly roll and fasten with toothpick. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Serve while hot. For variation, extra cinnamon can be sprinkled over rolls. Yield: 4 rolls. Exchanges: 1 roll equals 1 bread and 1 fruit exchange. Calories: 116 calories per roll.
