2 c. cooking oil
2 c. vinegar, cider or wine
6 tbsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg

Mix dry ingredients, add vinegar and well beaten egg. Add oil and mix well. Baste chicken while cooking on the grill.
