CHICKEN ROSEMARY 
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 chicken, cut up
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary
Onion, sliced
Butter

Measure the 3 tablespoons of oil into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Roll chicken pieces in oil, placing skin side up. Sprinkle on garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle chicken with rosemary. Dot with butter. Place sliced onions around pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Remove foil the last 45 minutes to brown.
