CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
1 lb. (4 c.) cranberries
2 unpeeled oranges, quartered & seeded
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup

Grind oranges and cranberries using a medium blade. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill and serve after several hours cooling. Make it in the morning for dinner that night.
