ORANGE CRANBERRY RELISH 
4 c. (1 lb.) cranberries
2 oranges
2 c. sugar

Put fruit through food chopper, using most of the skin of 1 orange. Stir sugar in last. Note: Place bowl under chopper for juice. Relish keeps in refrigerator for several weeks.

I freeze the cranberries overnight and grind them and the orange and peel in a food grinder. Freezing eliminates the mess from cranberry juice. I use some chopped English walnuts also.
