CRAB IMPERIAL | |
1 lb. crabmeat 1 egg 1 c. mayonnaise Salt 1 green pepper, chopped fine 1 tbsp. onion, chopped 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 lb. sharp grated cheese Combine egg and mayonnaise, beat until frothy. Put 2/3 of this mixture in crabmeat and mix. Put in shells and spread remainder of mixture on top. Add grated cheese to top of each shell. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or just until golden brown. Don't over bake.
