CRAB IMPERIAL 
2 lbs. crabmeat
1 egg
2/3 c. finely diced green pepper
1/4 c. finely diced pimentos
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Paprika

Drain crabmeat, remove shells. Beat egg in a medium bowl; stir in green pepper, pimento, mustard, salt and pepper and all but 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise until well blended. Fold in crabmeat. Spoon into six 10 ounce custard cups or individual baking dishes.

Spread top of each with 1 teaspoon of remaining mayonnaise. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in moderate oven 15 minutes at 350 degrees or just until hot. You can put entire mixture into a baking dish and bake 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
