IMPERIAL CRAB 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. white sauce or mayonnaise
1-2 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg, beaten

Combine green pepper, pimento, onion, celery and saute slightly in small amount of butter. Blend together egg, white sauce, mustard and crabmeat. Stir in sauteed vegetables. Bake about 25-30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Use 1 quart or 2 quart casserole. Serves 4-6.
