CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Bread crumbs for topping

Saute onion and pepper in butter; stir in flour, mustard and remaining ingredients. Add milk slowly. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add crabmeat. Pour into casserole and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
