STUFFED SHELLS FLORENTINE 
1 pkg. jumbo shells
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 jar mariana sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil shells 9 minutes. Mix cooked spinach with ricotta, egg, Parmesan. Spoon into shell. combine sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer 2 minutes. Spread half of sauce in 2-quart dish. Cover with filled shells. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
