White bread (buttermilk or potato, preferably no brown bread)
Bacon
10 oz. can mushroom stems & pieces
Philly cream cheese
10-12 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Salt & Pepper

1. Spray 9"x12" glass cooking pan with oil to coat.

2. Single layer in bread, cut to fit.

3. Single layer bacon over bread.

4. Scramble eggs with milk and pour over bread, should completely soak.

5. Spread mushrooms over top.

6. Cut cream cheese in 1/2" squares and spread over top.

7. Salt and pepper lightly to taste.

8. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Cream cheese will be dark brown on top. Cut to 4"x4" squares and serve with catsup. Serves 4.
