1 or 2 lg. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
2-3 eggs
1/2 stick butter

Cook peeled potatoes in salted water. Drain. Add butter, sugar, milk and beaten eggs. Put in uncooked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F oven until firm.
