BILL'S JALEPENO CORNBREAD 
Everyone's favorite!

1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup creamed corn
1 medium onion (diced)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup flour (sifted)
1/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
2-3 jalapeno peppers (minced, canned).
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Combine ingredients and bake in a 9x13-inch greased pan with butter or 8-inch dutch oven 30 minutes at 450°F.
