HEARTY CORNBREAD 
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Stir in yogurt and eggs until well-blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
