BUTTERSCOTCH DELIGHT COOKIES | |
1 2/3 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. light brown sugar 3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 3 1/4 c. sifted all purpose flour 1 tsp. each: baking soda and salt 1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi sweet chocolate pieces 2 pkgs. (6 oz. each) butterscotch pieces Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. Add sifted dry ingredients and chocolate and butterscotch pieces; mix thoroughly. Drop from a teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until delicately browned. Makes about 7 dozen. |
