TASMANIAN FRUIT SALAD 
3 bananas, sliced
3 apples, cored and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton mandarin orange flavored yogurt
Lettuce leaves (optional)

Combine fruit and yogurt; mix well. Chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce, if desired. Yield: 6-8 servings. NOTE: May also be served for breakfast or as a dessert.
