SAUSAGE - ZUCCHINI SAUTE 
1 lb. sausage
2 sm. zucchini, cubed
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 c. white whine
2 tbsp. butter

Saute garlic in butter. Add sausage (take out of casing). Saute until brown; add zucchini, mushrooms, basil, oregano, parsley, chicken bouillon and wine. Cook covered for 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti or rice.
