1 frozen pizza dough (1/2 pkg.)
6 links sweet Italian sausage (take out of skin, saute, drain)
1 egg
Fresh parsley (chopped)
3/4 c. grated cheese (Lacatelli and Romano mixed or Parmesan Romano mixed)
1 sm. pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Mix all ingredients. Roll out pizza dough and spread mixture over all. Roll up and prick with fork. Brush with egg yolk and bake on cookie sheet in 325 degree oven, 45-60 minutes until lightly browned.
