SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 loaf or Rich's bread dough
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. grated cheese

Remove casings and brown sausage. Drain if needed. In bowl, mix 1 egg, cheeses, and sausages.

Roll and pat out bread dough to form rectangle. Put filling down center; fold up sides and then seal. Put seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Poke holes for venting. Brush with additional beaten egg. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees depending upon oven for 40 minutes or until brown.
