3 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. grated American cheese

Pile mashed potatoes in a buttered casserole. Whip cream. Using fork, mix in the cheese. Spread over the potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven until browned.
