SPARKLING PUNCH 
1 can (46 oz.) chilled pineapple juice
3 c. chilled apricot nectar
2 qts. chilled club soda
1/2 gal. pineapple sherbet

Mix juices in a large punch bowl. Add club soda and sherbet just before serving. Serves 30 to 40.
