1 box lemon cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 egg
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Mix the first three ingredients together. Spoon this mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan and pat down to form a crust. Beat the last three ingredients with a mixer. Spread evenly on top of the crust mixture.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. NOTE: orange flavor cake mix is equally good.
