LEMON CREME BARS 
1 can Borden's milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar

Combine first 2 ingredients. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, until crumbly. Press half into greased 9x9 inch pan. Spread with lemon mix. Spread remaining crumbs on top. Bake 25-30 minutes. Chill and cut.
