3 LAYER CREME DE MENTHE BARS 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all together, then take 1/2 cup melted butter and add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 egg. Cool, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add crumb mixture. Pat into a 9x13 pan and let set.

LAYER 2:
2 c. powdered sugar
Pat of butter
3 tbsp. vanilla instant pudding mix
2 tbsp. creme de menthe
2 tbsp. milk to make right consistency to spread

Spread over 1st layer; let set.

Layer 3:

Melt 4 oz. chocolate chips, 2 tbsp. butter. Add a little milk, heat and spread over 2nd layer. Let set and cut into squares.
