1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies

Mix first 7 ingredients as for cake. Put in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread marshmallow creme over first layer (heat jar to make spreading easier). Return to oven for 3 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Melt chips and peanut butter. Add Rice Krispies. Frost bars with this mixture.
