CREME DE MENTHE BARS 
1 1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
3 tbsp. creme de menthe
2 tsp. dry reg. vanilla pudding
1 c. real chocolate chips

Melt 1/2 cup butter and cocoa; cool. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Cool. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla. Mix. Add crushed graham crackers, nuts, coconut and mix. Press into greased 9"x13" pan. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.

Melt 1/2 cup butter and creme de menthe, pudding and 2 cups powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread over bottom layer and refrigerate. Melt 1/4 cup butter and chocolate chips. Spread over top. Refrigerate. Cut after 10 minutes or so. Freezes well. Keep in refrigerator.
