CHICKEN FRIED RICE 
3 eggs
2 c. raw rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce (more for your taste)
Meat from 1 chicken (uncooked)
1/2 c. peas, frozen
1/4-1/2 c. diced carrots
4-6 tbsp. cooking oil
Dash of salt

Cook rice; bone chicken and cut it into bite-size pieces. Put 2 tablespoons oil in large frying pan (or wok). When the oil is hot, add the carrots and chicken, then 1 tablespoon soy sauce, stir fry until done. Remove chicken, add 1 tablespoon oil, beat eggs with a dash of salt. Add eggs to pan and fry like an omelet. Remove eggs and shred.

Add 2 tablespoons oil to pan, add cooked rice and soy sauce to taste. Stir fry until it begins to brown. Add chicken, carrots, peas and eggs. Warm until peas are soft. Enjoy.
